Delivery
The trucking company is held responsible for all damages due to delivery
FOSK inc. can not be held responsible for the installation of its products
FOSK inc’s responsibility is limited to the replacement of a product proven faulty. The manufacturer can not be held responsible for injuries, losses and damages, direct or indirect, caused by the use of this product.

 

Return policy
Return of a product will be authorized upon manufacturer’s agreement and the original purchase invoice. Product must be returned in its original condition and initial packaging within 30 days following the sale or the delivery. All returns by mail must have a confirmation number. No return of a product that was already installed will be accepted.
Reimbursement of a product will be made accordingly to the way of payment used during the transaction. However, a 30% handling charge will be applied as well as transport costs, if applicable.
Special orders, products from liquidation sales as well as floor demos do not apply to the return policy.
